Richard D. Hebelka, 70, of Breinigsville, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at home. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Joseph and Lovie (Grim) Hebelka. Before retiring, he worked at various companies such as ClimaTemp and Waste Management. He will be remembered for his wood working skills and making furniture, his love of music and playing the guitar and his personal knowledge of WWII. Survivors: daughter Teresa M. Hammel and her fiancé Ethan; twin children Brian and Barbara as well as his son Richard and their families; brothers James and Larry and his wife Susan; sisters Jeanne Marsteller and her husband Michael, Nancy Reinhard and her husband David and Beverly; grandchildren Gabriel, Lillian and Nicholas and many friends. He was predeceased by a sister Susan E. Services: 7:00 PM, Tuesday, May 17 at Trexler Funeral Home, 1625 W. Highland St., Allentown. Calling will begin at 5:30 PM. Contributions can be made to the American Lung Association c/o the funeral home.
