Charles “Jim” W. Lambert, 86, of Whitehall passed away peacefully, Friday February 2, 2018. He was the husband of LaMay A. (Kuntz) Lambert. They were married 65 years. Born in Bangor, PA, he was the son of the late Elmer E. and Dortha (Hopper) Lambert. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. Jim was a truck driver for Sunshine Biscuit Company for 35 years before retiring, and a member of the Teamsters Union. He was an avid Miami Dolphin fan and was known as “Mr. Miami”. He loved all types of animals.

He is survived by his wife, LaMay; children, James C. Lambert and wife Lucille, Cheryl wife of Leroy Deily, Lainie wife of Jeff Breitfeld; sister, Joyous wife of Jack Love; 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his daughter Karen A. Lambert.

Services: 11:00 am Thursday February 8, 2018 at the Trexler Funeral Home 1625 W. Highland St. Allentown PA 18102. Calling hours will begin at 10:00 am.
